The FFF Plan, or ‘Fortunes From Favourites’ by Dr. Dennis Coote and Hazel Reed is a progressive staking method using only favourites. The system comes with a simple calculator to work out stakes.
If we are talking about the Fancy Fillies System - by the same authors - it’s great.
I’m not sure what the FFF plan is…….

Excellent system.
I find its less risky to not carry over losses to the next day. Treat a losing day as a losing day and the winning days outweigh the losing ones. Otherwise, it can get very scary if you have over 2 losing days in a row as its a loss recovery system.
Its a long-term winner!!!

Rubbish!
What’s the first, most basic system you ever heard of?
Well that’s it!
I was told about this system 40 years ago, having paid my money, I pointed out to the authors that this system is common knowledge and not actually useable unless you have an unlimited bank. I asked for my money back, I was refused. Obviously I can’t prove that I have known this system and chosen NOT to use it for 40 years, but if you pay your money and get it, you will understand what I mean.
